Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is responsible for monitoring the College's financial position and financial control systems.
It approves all key financial decisions, approves the annual budget, considers the annual accounts and recommends for approval, oversees the system of financial control and delegated authority.
It also considers any other matters relevant to the financial duties of the Board including human resource.
It safeguards the College's estate, monitors the overall development of estates strategy and recommends on major capital projects to the Board.
