Development Trust

At UHI Perth, we are committed to providing the most stimulating learning environment possible and our Development Trust provides the financial support we need to help us achieve our ambitions.

Fundraising allows our scholarship fund to help talented students in financial need, and we also work with alumni, friends and benefactors of the College, helping to increase opportunities for our students.

Please browse our site to see what our Development Trust does, or find out how you could support the work we do with our students.

The Student Hardship Fund

The student hardship fund was created to support students impacted by the Covid pandemic.

As we recover from the pandemic many students are still suffering from financial difficulties. Many have lost their jobs and unable to apply for universal credits leaving them struggling to pay their rent and food. Thanks to generous donors we have already managed to help over one-hundred students, which has been a lifeline for so many.

To be able to continue to respond in the future we would like to create a pot of funds which would be available for any UHI Perth students who finds themselves struggling. We wish to implement a quick response to situations as they occur, which may prevent some students from dropping out of their course due to money problems.
