We have a range of Fitness Classes and our spacious gym rooms have a huge range of CV, fixed resistance and free weight equipment.
Our Climbing Centre has 31 roped climbing lines and a bouldering area offering over 150 climbs and we offer Personal Training programmes with nutrition support, lifestyle, exercise and recovery to help you achieve your goals.
It is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed and stressed at times and the wellbeing and support service have a range of support available including Drop in sessions, Wellbeing Support and Advice, Self Help Workshops and Self Help Information. The wellbeing and support service can also make referrals to the counselling service.
