Our Wellbeing and Support Service team are here to offer advice, guidance and support if you are struggling.

During this period of uncertainty, the Student Services Team are currently unable to offer face-to-face support, however we are still here to help as best we can. We can provide support for mental health and wellbeing, including counselling, advice, support and signposting to other agencies when necessary. At present, contact is mainly by email or phone.

Emergency crisis mental health support - If someone is in immediate danger call 999.

If the crisis is not life threatening, call NHS 24 on 111.
