What’s it got to do with us?

At Perth College UHI we want to make sure that all students and staff have an excellent experience and are treated fairly.

We must take steps to gather this information and use it to make sure that things are made fairer for people from different backgrounds and groups.
Why would we like you to share this information?

• We want to find out more about the people in the college so that we can make changes that can help you and others.
• To find out if the things we do result in making a difference for people from a variety of backgrounds and groups.
• To help us make improvements when recruiting and supporting students.
• To create and shape an inclusive college where everyone is treated fairly.
• We can’t change things without your help.

What will we do with the information?

• It will only be used to help you
• We will store and access information confidentially and securely in line with the Data Protection Act 2018
• Data will be gathered and used to report on progress through our Equality plans
• We will not publish personal information that would make it possible to identify you
