Rosie Howie, Independent Board Member

Rosie has over a decade of experience in educational publishing and product management. She has held senior roles at Hodder Education and Bright Red Publishing, specialising in curriculum support and strategic product innovation.

She brings a strong track record of collaboration with educators, government agencies, and industry partners, particularly within the Scottish and International education sectors.

Rosie holds an MSc in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University and an ILM Award in Leadership. She was named a ‘Rising Star’ by The Bookseller in 2019 and has held several voluntary roles supporting young professionals and promoting publishing careers in schools.

Rosie Howie is Head of Product Management for STEM at Hachette Learning, where she leads a team developing innovative educational resources across print and digital formats for global markets.
