Lin Shen, Director of Partnerships

Lin Shen is a higher education professional with over 15 years’ experience in international recruitment, transnational education, and global partnership development. As Director of Partnerships at UHI Perth, she leads the university’s international collaboration strategy, fostering global engagement and expanding opportunities for students and staff through sustainable, high-impact partnerships. 

Her career has been dedicated to advancing the internationalisation of higher education and aligning partnership development with institutional strategy, quality assurance, and student success. Lin is deeply committed to widening access to international learning and creating career pathways that prepare graduates for a connected world. 

She is currently undertaking doctoral research with the University of Bath, exploring quality assurance and quality enhancement in higher education. This work informs her leadership approach and her commitment to building educational ecosystems that prioritise quality, collaboration, and meaningful global exchange.
