On leaving school I joined the Royal Air Force in which I served for 10 years.  During this time, I studied Sports Coaching and Sports Development.  I have always had an interest and passion for sport, exercise and fitness and took full advantage of this while in the RAF and represented them at Skiing and Athletics as well as various sports.  Since leaving the RAF I have worked in the sport and leisure for the last 24 years. I love working with individuals and groups helping to motivated, encourage and support them in reaching their personal fitness goals.
