Background
I got into fitness over 12 years ago while going through a massive weight loss transformation. I started by attending classes that incredibly fun and got me moving without feeling like exercise such as Zumba, dance classes, Aqua aerobics. From there I moved to the gym where I started just walking on the treadmill, which quickly lead to running. I ran several races starting at 5K to 10K then to half marathon. My passion for strength training came from a running injury. I enjoyed being outside I wanted a challenge from there I re-learnt to swim to do triathlons. From there I changed my career to Health, Fitness and Wellbeing
