Essential Road Surface Repairs Planned
on UHI Perth Campus
UHI Perth is advising students, staff and visitors of temporary access changes as essential road surface repairs are carried out on campus to improve safety and accessibility.
The pothole repairs are planned from Mon 3 to Wed 5 Aug, causing disruption to parking in Brahan car park. Vehicles will be required to use the Goodlyburn entrance, noting that instead of the usual one-way traffic system, instead there will be two-way traffic so extra caution is needed.
In addition, cars must not be parked beside the marked out yellow pothole repairs in the car park, as the contractor will be moving around the Brahan car park fixing potholes over the duration.
Please note - on Mon 3 Aug and Tue 4 Aug, the Brahan entrance will be closed completely to all vehicular traffic. While the closure is in place, and to support access during the works, the top gate from Appin Terrace will remain open for individuals with mobility issues, with parking available in the designated bays beside the Brahan building main entrance.
Alternative access routes will be available throughout the project, with signage and traffic management in place to guide visitors safely around the campus. The campus, including the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW), will remain open and operational, but visitors are advised to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
Anyone visiting the campus during the works should follow on-site signage and traffic instructions.
