Employment History

Victoria has over 20 years experience in the Arts Industry. In this time, she has worked with various organisations across Scotland - including Scottish Youth Theatre and Stagecoach Theatre Arts.

As well as lecturing, Victoria runs her own community Arts organisation - ‘Ad-Lib Arts’, a busy performing Arts company based in Perth. Within her role as Creative Director here, Victoria has directed over 20 full scale musical theatre productions in various venues including Perth Theatre, Inchyra Arts club and The Whitehall Theatre Dundee.

When time allows, Victoria is also a keen performer. Her favourite roles to date have been: Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar and The Yellow Girl in Shout the Mod Musical.

Victoria has created and produced many events, masterclasses and workshops for both Perth and Dundee council - including a flash mob for the Perth and Kinross city of culture bid.

At present, Victoria is still very active with both Perth College UHI and Ad-Lib Arts. She is currently undergoing her External Verifier training with the Scottish Qualifications Authority. In the future Victoria would like to pursue a Masters in Theatre Directing.
