Employment history

Employment in various areas of the music industry including – touring FOH and monitor engineer, house FOH engineer, guitar technician and musical instrument retail store manager.

The most relevant employment history to my role and UHI Perth would be my time spent working in recording studios working as an engineer. Most recently I have been running and operating a studio within the Tin Pan Alley facility (Fife).

Over the last decade Magnus has produced and engineered a wide verity of artists as well as operating as a musician himself. Since 2015, Magnus has been stationed at Monosonic, situated within the Tin Pan Alley facility (Glenrothes, Fife).

Clients include the likes of The Skids, members of Big Country, Nick Mercer Jr. (Sargent), Domiciles and Moonlight Zoo to name just a few. Pervious work has been featured by broadcasters such as the BBC, Channel 4 and XFM amongst others.
