Mad Hatters Tea and Bake Off at Perth College UHI
Perth College UHI Hospitality Department are involved in a month-long food and drink festival taking place across Perthshire this September. The Great Perthshire Picnic includes over 100 events championing the best local produce and home-grown talent.

The Hospitality students will prepare and serve a selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes with tea or coffee.

Demonstration from our very own Hospitality staff member, Neil Mugg who featured in the TV programme Crème De La Crème. Neil and students will demonstrate a selection of artisan bakery products using fabulous fresh local berries.
