Perth College UHI Students Getting Their Curry On With Tabla Chef/Owner Praveen Kumar

Guest chef Praveen Kumar, Chef/Owner at Tabla Authentic Indian Restaurant, joined Perth College UHI on Tuesday 3rd March. Local Perth Indian restaurant Tabla is an AA ONE ROSETTE award winning restaurant. Praveen guided the HNC Professional Cookery students through the preparation of the Indian themed menu in Perth College UHI hosted in The Gallery Restaurant.
