The importance of the growing health and social care sector is due to the growing number of people with complex health and social care needs, both in Scotland and internationally. This is reflected in the quality of teaching, training and consultancy delivered by UHI Perth.
The Health and Social Care department is committed to providing opportunities for people who have been out of full-time education, or who are moving on from school or other learning environments.
Students who have been out of education for more than 3 years have the opportunity to follow their dream to work in the health sector, through the innovative Access to Nursing one-year course.
