What happens on the day

The ceremony takes place at Perth Concert Hall, Mill Street, Perth, PH1 5HZ.

On the day, please bring your appointment letter.

Appointments will be made in 30-minute blocks, from 10.00am to 12.30pm, so please be aware that you might be at the Concert Hall from 10.00am.

Below is an example schedule for the day, all times are approximate and subject to change. You will receive your confirmed schedule with your final pack.

10.00-12.30	Registration, gowning and ticket collection
12.45	Graduands line up outside along the glass wall of the Concert Hall to take seats in Auditorium
12.50	Auditorium opens for guests
12.55	Graduands enter the Auditorium to take their seat
13.15	All Graduands and guests to be seated
13.30	Ceremony Commences
15.30 approx	Ceremony ends
15.30-17.00	Celebration Reception in the Foyer, for all Graduates, guests, staff and VIP guests
