Perth High Win at Financial Services

Our FA Financial Services students recently enjoyed a visit from Auchterarder based company Iolaire Financial Limited who challenged the pupils to take part in an investments task.

Jake commented that “it was interesting to hear about Daley’s career path as he studied biochemistry at uni and then took a different direction, becoming a chartered independent financial planner.”

Alex (not pictured) commented that he had enjoyed finding out about what the company do and was surprised to find out that there was such a successful financial services company situated in his local town.

School pupils from throughout Perth and Kinross are studying a Foundation Apprenticeship in Financial Services. They attend UHI Perth every Friday to learn about the financial services sector, before completing a work placement at Aviva.
