International Students

More and more people from across the world are choosing to study with us because of our commitment to international study.  You can choose from an impressive range of top quality courses from foundation courses to Honours and Masters degrees, or opt to improve your English language skills at our British Council-accredited Language School, which has been successfully delivering courses since 1971.

We are dedicated to providing a first class experience for our international students and supporting you every step of the way.  This commitment has been recognised by the Scottish Council for Development and Industry, which awarded us with an International Achievement commendation, as well as being highly commended in the annual Scotland's Colleges Awards in the 'International Activity' category.  We are also a member of English UK.

Our International Induction Programme will ensure that you have all the information you need for your studies and your new life in Perth. We’re here to help you make the most of your time in Scotland and get to know other students to ensure you enjoy your student life.  We have established an International Students’ Social Programme, which enables you to visit places of historical and cultural interest or participate in a wide range of outdoor adventure activities.

You have access to our International Student Centre co-located alongside all key student support services. You can also enjoy our impressive range of services and facilities from salons to study centres and a quiet room for prayer. Sodexo, our hospitality partner can provide Halal ready meals on request.

Our staff will help with any questions you might have, from advice on choosing the right course for you and finding accommodation to any questions you may have about money or health. International students joining our British Council accredited Language School are offered to option to live with a local homestay family.  All our families are screened and vetted.  They offer a warm and friendly welcome, bed, breakfast and an evening meal plus lunch at week-ends.  With a homestay family, you always have someone to practice your English conversation.

See more information on homestay.

Of course, we also make regular trips overseas to attend educational fairs, visit the agents/institutions we work with and meet with potential applicants.  If you are interested in finding out when we might be visiting your country, please get in touch.
