What is special about this course?
A practical based course which is suitable for those with little or no cooking experience. It is flexible and can be tailored to a wide range of audiences, from those with an interest in food, or considering entering employment, to those looking to life independently for the first time.
No entry requirements as such but it would be good if you had an interest in food.
Using a range of food preparation and cooking techniques to make a selection of dishes. You will also gain knowledge on how to adapt recipes to be healthier and more cost effective.

Face to face 6 hours with flexibility (e.g. 1 session @ 6 hours; 2 sessions @ 3 hours).

Flexible Start Dates
Most full-time students will have their fees paid.
Students on part-time courses may also be eligible to have their course fees waived.
