These programmes are employer-led and aligned to industry needs. You get the skills you need while working, your employer supports your training in house and a training provider supports you to gain a recognised qualification – meaning you’ll be a real asset to the business.

- You are paid an employee's salary.
- Skills Development Scotland contributes towards the cost of the training (eligibility and criteria
rules must be met).
