Having worked in the hospitality industry from an early age, Gemma has a real passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and is an ambassador for the sector, encouraging students to have the ambition to succeed and excel in the industry. Having completed a BA (Hons) Marketing and Tourism Management and worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge enabling her to teach students to the highest standards.
