Lorna Carr studied Beauty Therapy at Cumbernauld College achieving an HND in Beauty Therapy. She holds a Teaching Qualification in Further Education (TQFE).
She built a thriving Beauty Therapy business within her local community, specialising in complementary therapies and bridal makeup. She has a been a lecturer since 2008 and has worked in colleges throughout Scotland. She has been an associate assessor with UWS Business Degree in Enterprise. She was also involved in two European projects that focussed on Vocational and Work Ready Skills.
In addition to lecturing, Lorna is a Personal Academic Tutor, supporting learners through their journey.
