Self Certification and Authorised Absence Reporting

We continue to follow the Scottish Government guidelines with regards to COVID 19 where we have adapted our delivery methods accordingly. 

We also expect students to still engage and attend their classes whether that be online or face to face in the classroom.  However, from time to time, you may have illness or other unexpected circumstances which means you may not be able to attend your scheduled class(es).  It is therefore important that you inform us of any absence you have, ensuring that this is received timely to avoid, where relevant and eligible, any financial penalties with regards to Bursary / EMA or other financial payments you are/expect to receive, as well as any COVID 19 related absences.

If you ever find yourself in a situation where you do need to report your absence please fill in our Self Certification and Authorised Absence Reporting form. This will then be processed by the College.
