What is special about this course?

Aimed at supervisors, this course provides an understanding of the relationship between food hygiene, food poisoning and food spoilage in addition to the socio-economic costs of poor food hygiene.

As well as online delivery, the course can be offered on your premises.

How long will my course last?

8 Weeks

This course is delivered online so you can study where you want. It can take up to 8 weeks to complete before you come into college to sit the 2.5 hour written exam for REHIS certification

Most full-time students will have their fees paid.

Students on part-time courses may also be eligible to have their course fees waived.

Funding

Many of our part-time courses qualify for ITA funding or the Part-time fee grant through SAAS.
