  • Over 20 years experience in the outdoor education sector having worked for local authorities, small to medium businesses and large charities.
  • Successfully developed an outdoor curriculum for inner city youth as an alternative to mainstream education, managing the project and team.
  • Managed and developed an adventure tourism business and instructors.
  • More than 13 years experience as an instructor at a local authority outdoor education centre.
  • Over 10 years experience as an active member of Arrochar Mountain Rescue Team.
