Neil works with us as a part-time chef lecturer and teaches the skills and knowledge needed to produce beautiful cakes, pastries, breads, biscuits and desserts.

Students look forward to his weekly pastry classes as he has a really supportive teaching style and gets the best out of everyone.

His impressive CV has included stints at prestigious establishments like One Devonshire Gardens, The Triangle Restaurant and Glasgow Moat House. Neil has also worked as the Resort Pastry Chef at Gleneagles Hotel and has helped students to do work placements there, with some going on to find full-time work.
