Daniel Martelat



After beginning his career in an exclusive hospitality college inGrenoble, Daniel progressed to the highest 3-star Michelin restaurant in Paris at the time, L’Archestrate with Chef Senderens.

His career in Britain has included positions as Head Chef in country hotels. Teaching Professional Cookery for twenty years, he first joined Perth College UHI as a part-time lecturer and latterly as a supply lecturer looking after SVQ classes as the need arises.
