This course is designed to introduce you to the Creative Industries. Helping you visualise yourself within potential educational and employment pathways in the sector. You will be introduced to a range of techniques and processes that will help understand better what fuels your creativity and how to direct your creative process. You will learn new skills and about yourself enabling you to understand your creative process while experimenting with mark making, print making, observational drawing, photography, video production, and digital content creation. These workshops will be supported by talks and short tutorials provided by active practitioners as well as current and past students.

Your travel costs will be covered and lunches will be provided during the course.

Free Childcare Support will be available subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.

This course can lead to:

  • Work based learning in employment.
  • Enrol in college for a Creative Industries course starting in the second semester of 2023.
  • Enrol in college for a Creative Industries course starting September 2023.

  • This course will commence Monday 23 January 2023 for 5 weeks.
  • 3 Days a week, face to face delivery on college campus.
