A selection of entry level pick and mix units. Designed for those with little previous knowledge, these units will allow you to develop skills and knowledge in the areas that are most relevant for you, whilst working towards one of these recognised qualifications.
You can gain the following awards by completing the necessary units: City and Guilds Award in Online Basics, Award for IT Users, and Certificate for IT Users. Staff will provide guidance on which units are required for successful completion of each award.

IT User Fundamentals
