Childcare

We want everyone who is keen to build on their education to have the opportunity to come to college, even if you are a parent with young children.

If you have a desire to learn we want to hear from you and you can take advantage of our on-site nursery offering childcare for children aged between one and five years old.

We have first-class provision here (our latest inspection by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education (HMIe) and the Care Inspectorate once again rated our nursery provision very highly) so you can come to classes safe in the knowledge that your child is being well looked after.

Our custom-designed building offers separate rooms for children in the age groups of one to two, two to three and three to five years.

We recognise that the time your child spends with us should be enjoyable and constructive.  Our qualified, experienced staff organise a variety of stimulating and exciting activities to encourage all-round development.  Children can take part in a wide range of activities including: arts and crafts; music; role play; construction tasks; listening to stories; baking; and exciting outdoor play facilities including an enclosed woodland area.

Remember to ask our Student Funding Adviser if there could be any funding available to you to help towards the cost of your registered childcare!
