How to register
To register to attend the Graduation Ceremony please logon to the online registration portal. The portal opens at 10.00am on 3 August.
You will receive an e-mail inviting you to register. If you have not received an e-mail, then you will not be able to register as your account won't yet have been created (please see guidance on the timing of the mailing in the Frequently Asked Questions). All ordering (registration, gown and photography) is done through a single online registration portal.
The Graduation registration fee is £30 which allows you and up to two guests to attend the Graduation Ceremony and the Principal’s Reception. Each graduand is guaranteed 2 guest tickets with their registration fee.
Deadline for Registering
The deadline to register to attend the Graduation Ceremony is 12 noon 11 September.
If you do not pass your course and are not eligible to graduate, we can hold your fee until you graduate next year. Please contact us to advise if you wish to do this.
If you are not able to graduate, we may be able to refund your fee, but reserve the right to make deductions for any costs we incur in processing your refund.
Deadlines from external suppliers mean that we are normally unable to make refunds for claims made after 16 September.
