About this course

This course is designed to provide skills and knowledge for young people interested in a Hospitality career.

Aimed at pupils in S4-S6, the course is at Level 5 and will provide learning opportunities in college, with an emphasis on project based learning.

Hands on experience in a live environment will take place in UHI Perth’s campus Training Restaurant and Food Court, experiencing different styles of service from High Teas, buffet service and full on Restaurant service. Working closely with our industry partners to support learning, projects and work experience. 

Learners will complete two core elements and develop a range of meta skills to prepare them for the workplace.
