This course is accredited by SQA and is aimed at individuals who are interested in learning more about early learning and childcare. It would be suitable for those who would like to develop their knowledge of working with children and young people. It helps to develop the skills you will need to work with children and young people.

You will learn about child development, wellbeing, play and working in early learning and childcare.
You will have the opportunity to develop transferable skills for further study or employments, such as:
- Self-evaluation and self-reflection
- Working with others
- Developing positive communication skills
- Develop skills and knowledge required for working in early learning and childcare

- Higher childcare and Development
- Childhood Practice Level 6
- Further study and employment and/or training
