Course content
This unit covers: letter composition, mail merge, formatting of a multi-page document, styles, table of contents, indexing, electronic forms, meeting documentation, presentations and appropriate legislation.
This course has been one of the best courses subjects I have ever taken. Every single aspect was useful and has taught me something different. Now whenever a parent asks for helps on creating a document or moving images around on word, I can help.
The course would not have been the same without the emails back and forth and the calls on a Wednesday. I would recommend this course to absolutely everyone, there was practical work and theory work such as researching different legislations. My computer skills have improved massively since taking this course, and it has helped me in every other subject at school. This course was not only informative, but it was made enjoyable by the extremely helpful and friendly tutor. This course will help me in the future because as we move forward into developing technology and almost every area of work requires a decent level of knowledge in admin, this course has allowed me to discover a different depth of computer skills and knowledge while using different software’s.
