I have always had an interest in fitness and being able to help others since I was little. I was at Perth Grammar School and left two months into 6th year to get started in my career. I studied HNC and HND Fitness, Health and Exercise full time here at Perth College UHI and now in my 3rd year of BSc Sport & Fitness Degree and have been lucky enough to have many opportunities along the way.

I enjoy learning about nutrition, fitness and overall how to live a better life. I love listening to podcasts, travelling, training in the gym, boxing, going for walks and of course, food. I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.
