Boxing circuit/Box HIIT - Non-contact circuit based boxing drills including resistance and aerobic exercises.
Core and Stretch - A variety of core exercises followed by stretching. Build core strength and take the opportunity to stretch all major muscle groups to prevent injury and promote recovery.
Dance Fit - Dance to music with one of Perth College UHI Dance Academy Instructors. Learn new moves, build confidence, burn calories, learn something new and have fun!
Disco Group Cycling - Fun and energetic highly effective cardio and strength workout. Cycle through hills and sprints to the beat of the music.
Group PT - 8 spaces available only! Every week is different. Be prepared to work hard and be put through your paces in all 3 fitness rooms. We may even venture outside!
Pyramid HIIT - A strategic, challenging, high intensity workout aimed to improve fitness, performance, burns, increase metabolism and leave you feeling like you couldn’t have given much more!
KB Circuit - A variety of functional exercising using a wide range of KB weights to build strength, burn calories, improve fitness levels and move more efficiently in day-to-day life.
Legs, Glutes and Core - Target lower body areas with body toning exercises incorporating a mixture of high and low impact movements.
Metafit - high-intensity, interval style workout including a range of bodyweight exercises. Burn lots of calories, improve fitness and boost metabolism. Be prepared to be pushed to your limits!
Pump it Up - Full body barbell based class to burn calories, promote toning and improve strength. Choose your own weights and work all major muscle groups.
Step Circuit - Improve fitness, build lower and upper body strength and burn calories with a variety of classic step based exercises. Similar to the good old fashioned step class!
Suspension Training - A wide variety of suspension bodyweight exercises, similar to TRX, which develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Tabata - A form of High Intensity Interval Training combining bodyweight, strength and aerobic exercise. Improve fitness and burn maximum calories!
Tai Chi - A Chinese martial art practiced for both its defence training, its health benefits and meditation. A combination of deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.
Total Body - A workout for the entire body involving a mixture of strength and aerobic exercises. Improve fitness levels and burn calories working upper and lower body.
Yoga - Align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Help create longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation. Involves full body relaxation and balance.
Zumba - Fun, energetic and dance based fitness class. Mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance class. No experience required!
