Background

I was previously a chef for 8 years and have always had a passion for food and nutrition. Where I worked in places like Gleneagles and Sydney Australia. Enjoying having a physical lifestyle pointed me in the direction of having a career change where I studied at Perth College UHI and completed my HND in Health Fitness and Exercise.

Interests

  • I like to cook, try any new foods along with watching the UFC and the football. I enjoy travelling and since being in lockdown have found a new love for playing the Xbox, especially Call of Duty
