  3. The college provides a welcoming environment for learners from widely different
backgrounds. Learners are treated fairly and with respect, creating a positive and supportive climate for learning throughout the college.
  4. In almost all classes, learners are well motivated in their learning and keen to acquire the skills that will lead to further study or employment.

Staff work well together and are responsive to the views of learners, which helps them to reflect constructively on the learning experience. Work should continue on ensuring excellent learning and teaching in all areas of the curriculum.

The principal is supported very well by a senior management team and directors who work together to provide clear leadership for learning and effective management of college student support functions, with learners experiencing well-coordinated support both prior to and throughout their college experience.
