Plan International
Professor Wallace has been commissioned by Plan International to analyse birth registration legislation and gender discrimination in related procedures and practice.
This study involves examining laws and practices in 50 countries world wide, and a full report will be prepared.

CRC-Mindstretchers KTP Partnership
The Centre and Mindstretchers, a local educational resource company, have entered into partnership to develop a toolkit and training programme for teachers and others to assist children suffering from high anxiety/chronic stress/trauma.

Equality and Human Rights Commission project on the right of children to be heard
The Centre, in partnership with the Perth College Development Trust, and with funding support from the Equality and Human Rights Commission, completed a six-month project in March 2011 to raise awareness and develop tools to promote a wider understanding of children’s rights.
The project concentrated on the implementation of Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child which affords children the right to be heard and have ther views taken seriously.
