In some instances information from committee minutes will be exempt from disclosure where it contains personal information, information which may substantially prejudice the commercial interests of any party, information which may endanger the physical or mental health or the safety of an individual, or information which may substantially prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs.
Legal Framework
Perth College UHI was established as a self-governing body on 1 April 1993 under the terms of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992. A copy of the Act is available online from the web site of Her Majesty's Stationery Office or in paper format from The Stationery Office. Prices are set by The Stationery Office.
Governance Structure
Perth College UHI is governed by a Board of Management, chaired by Penny Brodie. The College Principal is Dr Thomas Moore. In addition to membership of the Board, Dr Moore leads the College's Senior Management Team. The College's Senior Management Team, chaired by Dr Moore, comprises the Assistant Principal, Director of Communications and Corporate Development, Director Finance, Director of Resources, Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development.
