Tuesday the 17th of January, saw Hannah Norman, the Owner and Director of the established 'Room with a view' boutique seafood restaurant, present an in depth and arresting presentation in the College lecture theatre.
Hannah took the audience through the trials and tribulations of running a restauraunt, and provided some of the College's catering students with a real insight into the reality of the business and the industry.
Hannah offers a unique service; members of the public that wish to travel to her restaurant from outwith the area by train, will, if arranged, be welcomed at the local train station by a member of staff, and escorted to the venue.
