About this course
This course will help you develop personal and social skills to help you achieve team objectives. You will investigate the skills required by team members to ensure effective team performance, analyse the membership, development, leadership and effectiveness of a team and evaluate your own skills and roles through participation in, and leadership of, a team project.
On successful completion you will be awarded 1 HN Credit at SCQF level 7.
