About this course
This course will provide you with the necessary skills to explain what managerial behaviour in organisations involves and to analyse the behavioural skills which managers need in order to manage their own behaviour and to deal with others. It will enable you to recognise the skills which managers need in order to behave effectively in situations which arise within a dynamic business environment. This course offers progression towards HNC AIT and HNC Business.
This course costs £96, and when you complete it you will receive an HN Credit at SCQF level 8.
