About this course
Analyse the procedures and processes connected with the employment of people by organisations. This course offers progression towards HNC Business. On successful completion, you will receive 2 HN Credits at SCQF level 8.
At the end of this course you will be able to:
- advise on the recruitment, selection and induction of employees;
- report on employee remuneration systems;
- advise managers on the appraisal of employee performance;
- provide advice on the health, safety and welfare of employees.
