About the course
This qualification is designed to develop the personal management capabilities of those in supervisory or first-line management positions, or those who aspire to this role.
It focuses on people and operational skills as well as the basics of resource management. Assessments relate directly to the workplace and internet access is required.
Essential to the programme is the effective use of information in the decision-making process.
Self-study is through a virtual learning environment and there are optional workshops on campus.
If you meet the required criteria for an Individual Learning Account you may be eligible for ILA funding of £200.
