Rooms available in residences

We may have some rooms available in the near future, so if you're interested, fill out the application form on the right or call Brian on 01738 877800.

Eligibility to apply

You can apply for on-campus student accommodation in our student residences at Perth College UHI if you will be studying full-time at Perth College UHI and aged 17 or over when you begin your studies. We will consider your application once you have formally accepted an unconditional offer of a place on a course.

Please make sure you meet these conditions before you apply.

How do I apply?

Please complete our application form which you will find on the right under related documents. Applications are now being accepted for the 2012-13 academic year.

Once we receive your application form we will send you an acknowledgement email or letter. We will process your application, and, if there is a suitable vacancy, will provisionally book a room for you.

We will then write to you and confirm this. If we can, we will also confirm your provisional offer and include a contract (Residence Agreement) for you to complete, together with details of how you can pay.

If you decide to accept the offer, you need to return all documents, including the signed Residence Agreement, along with the requested payment – by the deadline date on your letter.

If you do not accept our offer of accommodation by the deadline, we may withdraw it.

Can I apply with friends?

If there are two or more of you wanting to stay in the same flat, please email your names to our Residences Manager, who will then look at your request as the rooms are being allocated.

Please remember that you must all meet the eligibility conditions above.

Guarantee and prioritisation

As there are a limited number of rooms available, we cannot guarantee that you will be offered accommodation with us. Our decision will be based on various factors, including where you currently live, your age and personal circumstances.
