Our custom built library is a modern space which gives our students access to thousands of resources, including books, journals and multi-media items.
We have created new learning spaces, like our learning café, which helps students to learn in new and innovative ways. We have instilled a culture of exploration, so that students have access to 'real life' tools and experiences, like student exchange, work study, and cutting-edge software.
We love the campus environment, but we know that not all our students can come to the College campus, which is why we have made large investments in technology and off-campus facilities; many of our courses are also available in your workplace, in our Local Learning Centres, through video conference or online, so students can study with us no matter where they are in the world!
Science Facilities
Perth College UHI Science Department has three excellent laboratories, fully equipped to deliver a range of science courses to help students on courses including Highers, Access to University, or our unique Pathway to Medicine programme.
The teaching area is close to all our facilities including the library, coffee shop and refectory.
Horticulture and Countryside Management Facilities
The Conservation and Horticulture courses offered at Perth College UHI have the beautiful and varied Perthshire countryside only minutes away and are a wonderful place to study gardening and the environment.
With the mountains, sea, rivers and woodland nearby, our courses benefit from intensive field study, that is complemented by the professional and well-equipped facilities available at the College. As well as three excellent laboratories and highly experienced staff we have access to industry-standard glasshouses and landscaping areas.
