If successful at NQ level you may be able to continue on to an HNC/HND in Visual Communications. You may choose to enter at either HNC or HND level in your first year. If you join the HNC you can progress automatically on to HND Visual Communications.
If full-time study is not for you, you may also choose to focus on a particular area of art in one of our evening art classes. Many of our students join the course just for fun, and then find jobs with design agencies, art shops and in other creative industries.
We have agreed articulation routes with other art colleges, universities and higher education institutions so you can expect to articulate to degree programs elsewhere. This programme also prepares you for a career in art, digital media, graphics or illustration and there are opportunities for international student exchanges.
Artists and designers can make a career in dozens of industries, including: advertising and marketing; furniture and interior design; fashion design; publishing; museums and galleries and teaching.
