Accounting and Finance

Business and Administration

New countries and different cultures are involved in interactive economic trade. This globalisation has resulted in fundamental changes in business outlook and practices. These factors make it the right time to think about a career in business, administration or becoming self-employed, and our programmes provide the knowledge and practical skills you will need for the challenges ahead.
We're now offering an online Professional Development Award (PDA) in Conveyancing for paralegals, endorsed by the Law Society of Scotland. It covers: Legal and Ethical Issues; Legal Research Techniques; Legal Secretarial Practice; Property Law and Residential Conveyancing, and can be studied for as little as five hours a week over a year.
Computing
Throughout business today, computing skills are essential. At Perth College UHI we can provide you with the underpinning knowledge and understanding required to succeed in this ever-changing field. Networks grow and develop. The software and hardware required to keep them going are constantly being upgraded, so to succeed in today's job market it's essential that you are IT literate.
You can study from National Certificate (NC) to Higher National Certificate or Diploma (HNC or HND) through to the Bachelor of Science (BSc).
