As a fitting end to a year in which we celebrated our 50th anniversary and the University of the Highlands and Islands became a reality, we were given the honour of a civic reception by Perth & Kinross Council.
It was hosted by Provost Dr John Hulbert and Mrs Hulbert, who welcomed around fifty guests from the Council, the College, local businesses and other organisations to the event.
